If you are going
to need a tuxedo,
please print the form below and go to any local tuxedo shop and have
them take your measurements.
Please be sure to include your accurate height and weight, along with
the rest of the indicated information on the form, to insure a proper
tuxedo fit on your arrival. Please also include a tuxedo style that
you may have chosen.
Please be aware that vests and shoes are additional, starting at $15 each.

our convienient online order form.
Once you arrive in Las Vegas, call us to make
arrangements to be picked up from your hotel.
Be aware that providing a mere estimate of your measurements, especially
your height and weight, is not advised. Mostly incorrect measurements may
result in additional fees.
